Services
We do not offer refunds on services rendered, as each treatment is tailored to your specific needs. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will be happy to offer a complimentary adjustment or discuss alternative solutions to ensure you're happy with the results.

Products​
For products purchased at Chepstow Hair Studio, we offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to do so may result in a charge of up to 50% of the service fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur the full service charge.
